If you want to run MediaCoder under Linux, you need the emulator Wine. If you want to run MediaCoder under Mac OS X, you need Wine for Mac OS X. Just install the package Wine (Linux or Mac OS X), then, just download MediaCoder and install/run as you would do on Windows.
